At ELS, every piece is prepared with care and attention to detail. As our abayas are made to order and may include customization, please review your order details carefully before placing your order.

 

*Orders & Processing*

 

Orders require 10–20 days to be prepared and dispatched.

 

*Shipping*

 

Shipping fees are separate from the product price:

 

* Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah & Fujairah: AED 30

* Western Regions: AED 50

* International: Starting from AED 85

 

International customs duties or additional destination charges, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.

 

*Returns & Exchanges*

 

As each piece is made to order, ELS does not accept returns.

 

Due to the nature of different fabrics and individual customization, minor measurement variations of 0.5–1.5 inch are considered within the normal tolerance and are not eligible for an exchange.

 

If you receive an item that does not match your confirmed order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Our team will review the request and assist you accordingly.

 

Items must remain unworn and in their original condition and packaging.
